He was a Justice Society member in the old DC. Which is missing from the New 52, but it's seeing a reboot too at somepoint... Anyway, he's flying solo and using his brains AND brawn to thwart scientific injustice.

I think this one is exceptional. Man, I love the detail in the face/neck and the shadowing with the light source coming from the right side. Sweet!
